At Lisa Gozlan, we want you to love your jewelry; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all pieces are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original Lisa Gozlan pouch and box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
